In fact the hotel complex is the result of huge investment on 100.000 m2 field but, definitely there is a caotic management. The staff is unsufficient and unexperienced. The rooms are definitely dirty, there is not any proper housekeeping service for rooms, commonly used areas like; lobby, swimming pool, restaurants all of them are unclean and messy, the food and beverages served at restaurants all are no name and most probably most of them are produced in unhygienic conditions. You had better cancel this hotel from your database.

At amara prestige we had a great stay. Stay there and enjoy your Kemer city trip. Even the Antalya airport was not so far. Set in front of Dinopark Antalya.

I was almost ready to give a good review, but the sheer chaos at meal times, and the crowded beach made it impossible. Imagine not being treated like royalty! A room upgrade would have been appreciated. Who thought cooking food on the outside grill with a taste of petrol was a good idea?

This hotel needs much more staff to be able to serve its visitors. The room cleaning service is a disaster. The hotel has many facilities which are even forgotten by the owners. Drinks are terrible, there are always lines to wait. The pictures in the website are not entirely real. The hotel and the beach are apart from each other and a motorway is in the middle. There are many more negatives to add.

Had a blast with a mountain view as my backdrop! The food variety was extensive, with good breads and cheeses that kept me coming back for more. Plus, the tennis courts were a hidden gem, perfect for an afternoon match without the crowds.
A bit chaotic with 90% Russian guests. Felt more like a catered event for them. The staff's language skills left much to be desired. Felt a bit 3-starish at times, and the Wi-Fi was barely a thing.

Great food and lovely views!
Had a blast spending 7 nights here! Tons of food options all day, so you'll def find something. I loved the view of the mountains from the beach. The tennis courts were a nice perk, no one ever around. Only wished the evening entertainment was a bit more lively, sometimes got kinda boring.

Great family entertainment and food variety
We had a wonderful week filled with various food options, ranging from delicious burgers at the beach snack bar to themed dining nights that kept our meals exciting. The daily activities, especially the water aerobics, were engaging and perfect for our kids while the multiple pools offered plenty of space for fun. Meal times felt a bit chaotic at times, which could be improved for a better dining experience.

Tried it so you don't have to!
Location is convenient with easy access to the fine beach and surrounding hiking spots! Activities like tennis are just a short walk away!
Communication barriers with the staff made our stay quite frustrating, while also contributing to a lack of proper cleanliness in several areas.

Meal times can be complete mayhem, with overcrowded dining areas leading to a frustrating rush for tables. The cocktail options are not up to par, often tasting off, and securing a reservation for the a la carte restaurants can feel like a daunting task. The beach can get crowded, and the cleanliness of the beach and pool areas leaves a lot to be desired. While there are multiple pools, some guests might find the overall experience slightly lacking in terms of luxury and comfort you'd expect from a five-star hotel.

Staff were very friendly, always with a smile on their face and willing to help. The hotel offered a great range of food, including vegetarian options. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to tourist attractions and transportation options.
The rooms were quite small and could have used more storage space. The air conditioning was also quite weak making it difficult to sleep at times.
